About 3c3 League

Our league was created in Ottawa, Ontario for players who want more puck touches, more creativity, and more opportunities to showcase their skill in a highly competitive environment. Built around the fast-paced nature of 3-on-3 hockey, we provide athletes with an exciting platform to develop their hockey IQ, skating, puck possession, and decision-making abilities while competing against top-level talent.

league rules

Competitive Divisions

  • 50 minute games (3 minute warm up, 1 minute intermission, two 23 minute periods running time)

  • Full Ice

  • Non-Contact (Any dangerous hit will result in ejection and potential suspension)

  • Full Gear (Neck guard and CSA approved helmet needed)

  • No icing, no offside

  • Face off only to start game/periods

  • Shot clock (90 seconds)

  • Mercy rule (when a team trails by four or more goals, they may add a fourth skater until the deficit gets to two)

Recreational Divisions

  • 50 minute games (3 minute warm up, 1 minute intermission, two 23 minute periods running time)

  • Full Ice
